The announcement was contained in a statement issued in Ilorin on Tuesday by the party’s State Publicity Secretary, Olusegun Olusola Adewara. According to the party, Agaka formally communicated his decision to nominate Fawenu as his preferred deputy governorship candidate to the state chairman after what it described as extensive consultations with party leaders, stakeholders and members across the three senatorial districts of the state.
