Commissioner for Health, Dr. Henry Egbe Ayuk, disclosed this, Thursday, while briefing journalists on the State’s preparedness following the declaration of Ebola outbreaks in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) under the International Health Regulations (IHR 2005).
