Enumeration forms for the special intensive revision of electoral rolls in Odisha have been distributed to around 99 percent of the state's voters, confirmed across multiple news outlets. Approximately 34.5 percent of the distributed forms have been digitised, also corroborated by several sources. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi participated in the SIR campaign at his native Raikala village in Keonjhar district, filling out his enumeration form, a detail reported by multiple outlets.

The same outlet stated that around 34.54 percent of the forms, translating to 1.15 crore voters, have been digitised so far. It also noted that the Chief Electoral Officer posted on X that Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi participated in the SIR-2026 campaign by filling up his own enumeration form.
