Al Arabiya said Ukrainian drones struck the Omsk refinery in Russia, causing a fire; the Omsk facility processes around 23 million metric tons of product. The BBC reported that Ukraine hit a major oil terminal in St Petersburg, Russia. Bluesky said Ukraine struck the Tuapse oil refinery again. Deutsche Welle reported that Ukraine struck a Russian weapons plant and a Moscow fuel hub. France 24 said Ukraine launched a large‑scale attack on Moscow. The Hindu noted that Ukraine launched long‑range strikes on military and energy sites in Russia and hit a military factory that supplies components for Russian drones and missiles. Kyiv Independent reported strikes on oil refineries in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai and Yaroslavl Oblast.

Al Jazeera reported that Russian attacks killed three people in Ukraine and that Ukraine is expanding its long‑range drone campaign with new strikes deep inside Russia.
