Manzoor Ahmed, a resident of Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, was killed in a strike at Kuwait International Airport. He had been working as a tailor in Kuwait for about 30 years and was traveling to his hometown for a family wedding at the time of the attack. The Indian Embassy in Kuwait confirmed the death of an Indian citizen in the strike. At least 63 people were injured, and the strike damaged airport infrastructure and nearby diplomatic facilities. Flight operations at the airport were temporarily suspended following the attack.

The strike at Kuwait International Airport was carried out by Iranian drones and/or missiles, according to multiple sources. Iranian state media attributed the damage to a US missile, not Iranian drones. Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) disputed Kuwait’s account of the attack. The US military said two Iranian missiles fired toward Kuwait either fell short of their targets or broke apart during flight.
