Ukraine launched a drone attack on the Moscow oil refinery located in the Kapotnya district, the second time this week the facility was targeted. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said several drones reached the refinery and reported that about 180 drones were shot down over Moscow. Another account from Sobyanin stated that nearly 200 Ukrainian drones were shot down on approach to the capital. A shopping center sustained minor damage, and no injuries were reported from the attack. Russia’s defense ministry reported that 555 drones were shot down across the country, according to alarabiya. All four of Moscow’s airports were temporarily closed following the attack, according to meduza. Moscow residents reported black rain following the drone attack on the oil refinery.
