A landslide in Gansu Province buried thirty‑three people, and Times of India noted twelve people are still missing after the Gansu landslide. Dawn reported a reservoir dam burst in southern Guangxi, and Times of India described record rainfall that triggered severe flooding in Guangxi, affecting over 93,000 residents and damaging nearly 13,000 acres of agricultural land.
