Reckitt Nigeria has appointed H.E. Mrs Toyin Ojora Saraki and Prince Abimbola Olashore as Independent Non-Executive Directors. The appointments follow the passing of Chief Michael Olumuyiwa Falomo, the company’s former Board Chairman. The company acknowledged the contributions of Chief Michael Olumuyiwa Falomo, noting that his leadership and stewardship contributed to the growth and governance of the organization. Mrs Toyin Ojora Saraki is the Founder-President of The Wellbeing Foundation Africa and an advocate for women’s and children’s health, with over two decades of leadership experience in maternal, newborn, and child health, gender equity, and community wellbeing. She also serves as the Inaugural Global Health Ambassador for the WHO Foundation. Prince Abimbola Olashore has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Reckitt Nigeria.
