Ukrainian Armor and AviaNera Technologies signed a partnership agreement to cooperate on the development and supply of turbojet and turboprop engines for Ukrainian missile and drone platforms at the Eurosatory 2026 defense exhibition in Paris. AviaNera Technologies is a Czech company that forms part of CSG, one of Central Europe’s largest defense and industrial holdings. According to en.defence-ua.com, the partnership includes plans to expand production capacity and localize relevant technologies in Ukraine, with engine production expected to begin no later than next year. The engines to be produced in Ukraine will initially feature thrust ranging from 900 to 1,600 N and are in high demand for systems such as the Bars and Peklo missile drones. Thedefender.media reported that AviaNera specializes in the development and production of compact turbojet and turboprop engines for unmanned aerial systems, loitering munitions, cruise missiles, and other aviation platforms. According to en.defence-ua.com, CSG established AviaNera in autumn 2025 and plans to manufacture 1,000 jet engines in 2026.

Separately, the Pentagon announced a $675 million military aid package for Ukraine, executed under the 'Presidential Drawdown' mode. According to aeroflap.com.br, the package includes 100 armored HMMWV jeeps, 50 armored ambulances, AGM-88B HARM anti-radar missiles, four 105 mm howitzers, and 36,000 rounds of 105 mm artillery shells. The AGM-88B HARM missiles are used from MiG-29 Fulcrum and Sukhoi Su-27 fighter jets against Russian radar antennas. A Sukhoi Su-27S was photographed carrying AGM-88 HARM missiles. The aid package is the 20th support package from President Joe Biden's administration since August 2021 and includes 10 different items.
