Iran has signalled strong opposition to any foreign military presence in the Strait of Hormuz, according to Al-Monitor. Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi said the strait is not a military parade ground for extra‑regional powers and warned against any military move in the waterway, as reported by Turkiye Today.
