Fuller Jun 4, 2026 A Clairton, Pennsylvania, resident was sentenced on June 3 to 216 months in federal prison, followed by 12 years of supervised release, for convictions related to the production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor, according to United States Attorney Troy Rivetti. United States District Judge Mark R. Hornak imposed the sentence on Joseph Primiero, age 28. According to information presented in court, Primiero produced images and a video of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct on or about January 24, 2022. He also produced an image and videos of another minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct on or about June 27, 2022. On May 22, 2024, Primiero possessed additional images and videos depicting other prepubescent minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Assistant United States Attorney V.
